Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales action plans in collaboration with property and corporate teams
- Establish revenue and expenditure budgets in coordination with internal and head office stakeholders
- Formulate targeted sales strategies across all market segments to maximize hotel revenues
- Monitor and control expenses on a regular basis to ensure budget adherence
- Execute sales action plans and acquire new local, national, and international accounts through telemarketing and cold calling
- Maintain and continuously update client and prospect databases
- Manage existing client accounts strategically to expand business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and productivity metrics to ensure alignment with hotel targets
- Identify and cultivate new sales and marketing channels and opportunities
- Maintain awareness of relevant market developments and competitive landscape
- Advise management on marketplace opportunities and competitive positioning
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence activities
- Manage leisure and corporate contracting processes, including contract preparation and follow-up
- Develop and execute targeted sales activities including sales missions, client events, and trade fair participation
- Coordinate with international PR agencies to achieve direct booking targets and budget expectations
- Develop and implement profitable promotional campaigns
- Conduct compelling property tours for prospective clients showcasing accommodation and events facilities
- Evaluate and confirm business bookings to meet revenue targets
- Prepare detailed sales proposals with clearly defined terms and conditions
- Perform duty manager functions as required
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by hotel management and corporate office

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 60,000 to EUR 70,000 per annum.
