Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Rooms Division to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments
- Oversee guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests to maintain exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure all rooms and public areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in accordance with Aman Group's luxury specifications
- Lead, train, and mentor department heads and team members across Front Office, Housekeeping, Sports and Recreation, and Laundry operations
- Foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement throughout the Rooms Division
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans to support team growth and advancement
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and repeat visitation
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university
