Aman seeks Director of Food & Beverage at Amanoi resort, Vietnam. Lead luxury dining operations, drive revenue, and manage teams in an ultra-luxury hospitality setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-villa dining, beach operations, banquets, and special events
- Develop and execute strategic business, financial, and operational plans, including annual budgets, capital expenditure, forecasting, and profit & loss management
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through pricing strategies, cost control, menu engineering, and business development initiatives
- Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage service, hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Develop new dining concepts, seasonal menus, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to enhance the guest experience and competitive positioning
- Monitor guest feedback, implement continuous service improvements, and ensure brand standards are consistently achieved
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Food & Beverage leadership team through recruitment, coaching, succession planning, and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall resort objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, procurement procedures, and health and safety regulations
- Represent the resort as a visible leader, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and a strong culture of service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations within luxury resorts
- Proven success in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, revenue optimization, and cost control
- Strong strategic planning, commercial acumen, and business development capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Extensive senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations within luxury hospitality environments, including demonstrable success in financial management, revenue optimization, and leading large culinary and service teams.
Education
