Aman Nai Lert Bangkok seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver luxury food and beverage service across multiple dining venues in central Bangkok.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests whilst maintaining consistently high standards of hospitality aligned with Aman's luxury service philosophy
- Assist lead servers in presenting menus, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner
- Clear tables of soiled items promptly, reset place settings with proper crockery, cutlery, and glassware, and maintain an immaculate dining environment
- Replenish water glasses, condiments, napkins, cutlery, and other dining room supplies throughout service
- Address guest inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency, resolving issues to guest satisfaction
- Rotate shifts across multiple outlets (1872, Arva, and 9th Floor) to ensure balanced staffing and service consistency
- Present checks at the conclusion of dining, process payments accurately, and ensure proper receipt and change delivery
- Communicate guest preferences and special requirements to servers and kitchen staff with precision
- Maintain exemplary personal grooming and presentation standards as a representative of the Aman brand
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, hygiene, and fire safety protocols established by hotel policy and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality food and beverage service
- Demonstrable knowledge of table service etiquette and multi-course dining protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to read guest needs and respond appropriately
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capacity to manage multiple tables simultaneously
- Flexibility and adaptability to rotate across multiple restaurant outlets and shift patterns
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a full-service restaurant or luxury hotel food and beverage department is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of delivering attentive, personalised service in high-volume or upscale dining environments and possess a genuine passion for hospitality.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; hospitality or culinary qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
