Concierge position at Aman Tokyo luxury hotel. Full-time role in ultra-luxury hospitality with bilingual requirements and guest services focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Aman Flamework principles including Ambition, Purpose, Brand Pillars, Values and Competencies to protect brand integrity
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence in accordance with hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Review daily revenue and statistical figures to monitor departmental performance
- Maximize hotel profitability through strategic upselling of transportations, Aman Journeys excursions, and cross-selling to outlets
- Develop and utilize communication tools and channels for information dissemination and workflow coordination among Concierge and hotel departments
- Attend daily Rooms, Front Office, and Concierge briefings to share information and align on guest needs
- Demonstrate professional knowledge in correspondence and email inquiry management
- Maintain awareness of and strict adherence to hotel safety procedures
Qualifications
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Japanese
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Computer literacy and proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work extended hours

Skills
Experience
Demonstrable experience in luxury hospitality guest services or concierge operations is preferred, though motivated candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and a passion for ultra-luxury hospitality will be considered.
