Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and uphold the Aman Flamework, including the brand's ambition, purpose, pillars, values, and competencies
- Ensure brand protection and guest delight by delivering hospitality in accordance with Aman culture and standards
- Review daily revenue and statistical performance metrics
- Maximize hotel profitability through strategic upselling of transportation, excursions, and Aman Journeys
- Conduct cross-selling initiatives with outlet partners to increase hotel revenue
- Support implementation of new operational ideas and best practices
- Optimize resource allocation to improve task productivity and service quality
- Develop and create Aman Journeys and excursion packages in collaboration with leadership
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry key stakeholders
- Build and sustain goodwill with suppliers and third-party contractors
Qualifications
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Japanese
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of comparable experience in an international luxury hotel
- Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency
- Demonstrated team-building and motivational capabilities
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and initiative in a fast-paced environment
