Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate assigned kitchen station with precision and consistency
- Execute prep tasks and food production as directed by the Sous Chef
- Ensure all mise en place is complete and meets quality standards
- Apply proper recipes and presentation techniques to uphold culinary excellence
