Aman Tokyo seeks Cluster Reservations Supervisor to lead multi-property reservation operations. Tokyo, Japan. Full-time luxury hospitality role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage direct reservations for Aman Tokyo, Janu Tokyo, and future properties within the cluster, ensuring all inquiries are processed with precision and personalised attention
- Drive revenue optimization and sales performance across multiple properties to achieve budget and revenue goals whilst maintaining the brand's positioning
- Provide direct team leadership, including performance management, skills development, and coaching on selling techniques and brand articulation
- Ensure rigorous adherence to quality and service standards, operational procedures, and commercial best practices across all reservations activities
- Process reservations, payments, and confirmations whilst addressing guest requirements and handling booking issues or complications with professionalism
- Orient new team members in Aman brand strategy, positioning, and service culture to ensure consistent marketplace representation
- Advise guests on available options, room selections, and offerings based on individual requirements and budgetary considerations
- Monitor and analyse commercial performance using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements
- Uphold the Aman culture and brand protection by ensuring business partners and guests experience exceptional service in every interaction
Qualifications
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Japanese (required)
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience working at an international luxury hotel
- Strong data entry and computer proficiency
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages (preferred)
- Ability to work extended hours and manage demanding schedules
