Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all direct reservation inquiries for Aman Tokyo and other properties within the cluster, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Close sales and maximize room revenue across multiple properties while adhering to established sales strategies and budget targets
- Assist and advise guests on accommodation options, room upgrades, and special packages tailored to their requirements and budgetary allowances
- Process reservations and payments while generating confirmation details and communicating booking specifics to guests
- Implement revenue management best practices and data-driven commercial decision-making in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Resolve booking discrepancies and guest concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
- Promote additional services and upsell opportunities, including upgraded accommodations and premium packages
- Demonstrate the Aman values of teamwork, clear communication, and genuine human connection with both guests and colleagues
- Protect brand integrity by ensuring all guest interactions and on-property experiences align with Aman's service philosophy
Qualifications
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Japanese
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working in an international luxury hotel environment
