Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate media visits and photography shoots for all three properties
- Handle media inquiries and distribute press releases in collaboration with the Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager
- Attend and oversee media shooting sessions under supervision of the Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager
- Drive promotional initiatives for hotel accommodations, food & beverage, spa services, and Aman Essentials to secure media coverage
- Create and manage collateral materials including flyers, brochures, sales factsheets, and seasonal publications
- Collect imagery and information for promotional content and draft copy for Facebook and Instagram posting
- Maintain and update comprehensive database of media contacts and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Supervise and manage digital assets including images, video, and multimedia materials
- Ensure timely submission of digital assets to Picture Park, the Aman brand's centralized image library
- Plan and coordinate official photography sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in both English and Japanese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and web marketing strategies
