Aman Tokyo seeks Cluster Assistant IT Manager in Tokyo, Japan to support IT systems management within ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work closely with operational departments to streamline processes through strategic technology implementation
- Assist in coordinating IT projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress communication
- Maintain and regularly update IT inventory and licensing documentation
- Review system security protocols and manage periodic password and security reinforcement procedures
- Conduct regular system checks including user logs, system logs, and quarterly network and infrastructure health assessments
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants on the procurement of hardware, software, and IT services
Qualifications
- Verbal and written proficiency in Japanese and English
- Information Systems and network knowledge or formal qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management systems
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT-related industry roles
- Ability to implement IT procedures and ensure strict compliance
- Capability to work extended hours and maintain 24-hour on-call availability as required
