Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives
- Achieve boutique sales, profitability, and KPI targets
- Build and maintain a high-value client database
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock movement records
- Ensure boutique presentation consistently reflects Aman brand standards
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal product launches
- Work closely with Front Office, Villa, Spa, and Food & Beverage teams to maximize retail opportunities
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly retail performance reports
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure consigners are paid on schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets
- Experience within luxury fashion, accessories, wellness, beauty, or hospitality retail preferred
