Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently handle luggage upon arrival and departure
- Escort guests to suites while providing comprehensive resort orientation and suite information
- Deliver amenities, packages, and guest requests with promptness and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of bell carts, lobby areas, and porte cochère
- Manage luggage staging and movement for group arrivals and departures
- Monitor guest activity to offer proactive support and transportation assistance
- Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge teams to fulfill guest needs and special requests
- Maintain detailed knowledge of resort amenities, layout, and regional attractions
- Adhere strictly to safety and security protocols when handling guest belongings
- Maintain exemplary grooming standards and uniform presentation at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort with sustained physical tasks including lifting and extended standing periods
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Demonstrated reliability, organization, and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Cultural sensitivity and attunement to diverse guest preferences
- Prior hospitality or guest services experience preferred
