Back Server position at Amangiri luxury resort in Canyon Point, Utah. Full-time hospitality role supporting exceptional food and beverage service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with clearing tables and maintaining clean front and back of house areas to ensure smooth, efficient service flow
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in accordance with service standards while maintaining presentation quality
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene across all food and beverage service areas
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu and food offerings, providing detailed descriptions to guests when required
- Maintain complete understanding of allergen protocols and standard operating procedures regarding the handling of guest allergies
- Stock, polish, and maintain service equipment including silverware, linens, and glassware, replenishing side stations throughout service
- Act as a liaison between service and kitchen teams, ensuring effective communication of food information and special requests
- Coordinate timing of food delivery with the kitchen team and manage the pacing of courses
- Set up and break down tables and side stations according to established protocols, including pre-shift, post-shift, and daily duties
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, prioritizing guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service settings
- Ability to carry, push, and pull heavy loads up to 45 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying environmental conditions
- Clean and professional appearance in accordance with company policies
- TIPS and ServSafe certification (preferred)

Previous experience working in a food and beverage service environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in supporting dining operations and maintaining service standards in hospitality settings.
