Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities in accordance with guest needs and corporate standards
- Supervise and coach spa and wellness team members to maintain excellence and operational efficiency
- Assist the Spa and Wellness Manager in financial management, revenue optimization, and budget administration
- Oversee facility operations, standard operating procedures, and guest service satisfaction protocols
- Act as Spa Manager during periods of absence
- Prepare and present periodic, weekly, and monthly reports on spa performance, guest satisfaction, and staffing metrics to senior management
- Monitor spa industry trends, competitive landscape, and guest satisfaction levels
- Build and maintain an efficient, motivated team through coaching and support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Certificate Spa Manager License from Ministry of Public Health (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in spa operations
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a spa assistant with financial responsibilities and oversight of 15+ staff members
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong spa administration background
- Customer-oriented mindset with self-motivation and enthusiasm
