Role & Responsibilities
- Understand and embody the Aman Flamework, including Ambition, Purpose, Brand Pillars, Values and Competencies
- Protect the brand and ensure all business partners and guests experience delight consistent with Aman culture
- Manage daily activities and performance of concierge team members
- Establish and maintain department organization, staffing levels and productivity standards
- Monitor and conduct quality assurance checks on concierge service delivery
- Model exemplary guest service and serve as a role model for team excellence
- Identify service improvement opportunities to maximize guest value
- Foster team empowerment and provide mentorship and encouragement
- Demonstrate positive and passionate commitment to divisional goals and achievements
- Conduct regular Aman Flamework reviews with the team
- Manage guest complaints with timely resolution and appropriate follow-up
- Plan operations based on forecasted occupancy and situational requirements
- Implement and maintain all hotel policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience in an international luxury hotel
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Japanese
- Computer literacy and proficiency
- Strong motivational and team-building capabilities
- Demonstrated flexibility, enthusiasm and initiative
- Goal-oriented with a proven drive to achieve targets
- High level of commitment and reliability
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge or guest services roles within international luxury hotel environments, with demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex guest requests.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
