The Accountant supports Aman’s financial operations across Europe and the Middle East, focusing on revenue tracking, branding fees, commission accounting, bookkeeping and day-to-day finance activities. Based in the Dubai Corporate Office and reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the role works with commercial and operational stakeholders and supports regional accounting processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile sales revenue reports across Europe and Middle East entities.
- Track and account for branding fees and corporate commissions earned and payable.
- Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to ensure accurate financial treatment of deals and partnerships.
- Prepare commission calculations and reports, ensuring payments are processed in line with internal policies.
- Support revenue tracking and financial analysis across the portfolio.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and collections.
- Manage accounts payable activities, including supplier payments and invoice processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE accounting, regulatory, and VAT requirements.
- Experience with revenue tracking, commission accounting, and financial reconciliations is highly desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial reporting.
- Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as SUN, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.

Education
