Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation across all Academy facilities.
• Set up and break down training programmes, workshops, meetings and Academy events.
• Prepare training rooms, dining areas and event spaces to Academy standards.
• Care for, store and maintain equipment, materials and operational supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of cleaning supplies and consumables.
• Support food and beverage service during Academy programmes and events.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and movement of equipment, materials and supplies.
• Manage Academy vehicles, including transportation duties, maintenance checks and record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and transportation regulations.
• Provide flexible operational support across the Academy, contributing to a collaborative, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, hospitality or educational environment is preferred.
• Valid Thai driving licence and a strong driving record; professional driving experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, logistics and operational support activities.
• Effective communication in Thai and basic English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Flexibility and adaptability across stewarding, logistics, transportation and operational support responsibilities.
• Professional, service-oriented approach and commitment to providing exceptional support to colleagues, trainers and guests.
• Positive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Skills

Experience

At least 3 years in stewarding, facilities operations, hospitality support services or a similar role; experience in a luxury hotel, resort, hospitality or educational environment is preferred.
