Role & Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Visual Merchandising Director and collaborate across e-commerce, marketing, training, and visual merchandising teams
- Develop comprehensive styling guidelines and mannequin looks for use in retail directives and showroom presentations
- Support all e-commerce product shoots, including laydowns and ready-to-wear styling on models, ensuring collection narratives are reflected
- Create 360-degree styling training modules in both print and video formats, including styling best practices and British heritage guidance
- Lead in-store styling sessions across regions to support retail teams in executing brand styling standards
- Coordinate collection showroom activities in London and Milan, dressing and styling mannequin presentations
- Develop lookbooks, made-to-measure shoots, and gifting catalogues in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams
- Photograph and document mannequin styling for inclusion in visual merchandising directives and training materials
- Contribute styling insights and mood direction for seasonal collections and key product launches
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion styling or visual merchandising
- Deep understanding of British style aesthetics and heritage brand positioning
- Experience developing training materials and styling guides for multi-store retail environments
- Proficiency with styling for photography, e-commerce, and retail presentation
- Strong knowledge of ready-to-wear collections and menswear styling
- Ability to communicate styling concepts clearly to diverse audiences
