Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead concept development and meticulous management of soft accessories and print design from initial research through final production approval, ensuring alignment with the Maison's creative strategy and brand platform
  • Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer and design teams to establish seasonal visual codes, colour palettes, print stories, and mood boards reflecting English style and bespoke craft philosophy
  • Direct ownership of soft accessories categories including scarves, ties, pocket squares, hats, gloves, neckerchiefs, braces, socks, and evening/cocktail accessories
  • Develop seasonal print and textile collections for Ready-to-Wear, footwear, and other product categories with attention to heritage, contemporary relevance, and qualitative material selection
  • Partner with Merchandising to balance aesthetic vision with commercial strategy, respecting collection architecture outlined in seasonal menswear briefs
  • Collaborate with fabric development teams and external suppliers to select, develop, and refine materials, print techniques, jacquard processes, and embroidery applications
  • Manage technical artistry across fits, finishes, precise print repeats, colour matching, and construction details for all soft accessories and print applications
  • Travel to British and Italian suppliers for research, collection development, and presentations at key dates (January '27, June '27, January '28)
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations of seasonal collections to key stakeholders and contribute to showroom curation and styling narratives
  • Oversee sample budgets and demonstrate responsible resource stewardship for soft accessories and print/textile developments
  • Support collection styling for shows, presentations, and marketing campaigns to ensure consistent visual storytelling

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in luxury menswear design or accessories design with demonstrable portfolio of soft accessories and/or print collections
  • Proven expertise in textile design, print techniques, jacquard weaving, embroidery, and material selection for luxury goods
  • Strong understanding of heritage and contemporary luxury aesthetics with refined sensibility for English style and bespoke craftsmanship
  • Advanced proficiency in design software and presentation tools
  • Experience managing product development cycles and collaborating with fabric suppliers and technical teams
  • Familiarity with menswear construction, proportions, and finishing standards
