Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, high‑touch client experience consistent with Dunhill’s luxury positioning; proactively welcome, advise and convert clients in boutique and appointment settings.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, effective clienteling and follow‑up.
- Build and maintain a personalised client portfolio, manage after‑sales service and cultivate long‑term relationships.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards, including visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and manage receipts and returns in the POS system.
- Support inventory control activities: replenishment, stock counts, receiving and organising merchandise.
- Participate in product training, store meetings and promotional events; communicate client feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury menswear, leather goods or high‑end apparel (1–3 years preferred).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Polished interpersonal skills, professional grooming and a service‑oriented demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Strong numeracy and cash‑handling accuracy.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings; ability to work in a boutique schedule.
- Legal right to work in Japan.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual and operational brand standards.
- Willingness to undertake ongoing product and service training.

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or menswear; proven sales performance and client acquisition in a high‑end environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in fashion, retail or related discipline is a plus.
