Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Alfred Dunhill brand through compelling client interactions and luxury product sales of clothing and accessories
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships with consistent follow-up including thank you notes, appointment scheduling for new product reviews, and event invitations
- Achieve personal sales and productivity goals aligned with store manager expectations and boutique targets
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to demonstrate features, benefits, and value to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage Client Book and execute clienteling strategies to identify customer needs and personalize recommendations
- Uphold boutique visual standards and housekeeping procedures in accordance with store operational policies
- Execute loss prevention protocols and safeguard store inventory through diligent adherence to company procedures
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned by store leadership
- Operate POS register with accuracy and maintain proficiency in standard business technology systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of contemporary or luxury fashion retail sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in Client Book management and clienteling techniques
- Proficiency with POS register systems
- General computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- MTM (made-to-measure) sales experience a plus
- Complete knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and brand positioning
