Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients, including product presentation, fittings and sartorial advice consistent with Dunhill brand standards.
  • Proactively build, maintain and grow a book of clients through in-store service, follow-up communications and clienteling activities.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and upselling.
  • Translate product heritage into compelling storytelling to educate clients on materials, construction and provenance.
  • Operate POS systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and maintain daily cash-handling procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique meets presentation, housekeeping and stock display standards.
  • Manage stock replenishment, receiving, inventory counts and basic loss-prevention practices in coordination with store management.
  • Use CRM tools to log client interactions, preferences and purchase history; assist in executing targeted client communications and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury menswear or premium accessories highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour and strong client-facing presence.
