Dunhill seeks a Sales Associate in Hong Kong to deliver distinguished client service and drive boutique sales for menswear and leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, converting footfall into high-value transactions.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across menswear, leather goods, accessories and tailoring to advise clients and close sales.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, shop floor presentation and upkeep of display stock in line with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; manage cash handling and daily till reconciliation where required.
- Support inventory management including receipts, stock counts, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Provide after-sales service and handle client enquiries, repairs or alterations requests in coordination with back-office teams.
Qualifications
- Polished professional presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and deliver discreet, attentive service to an affluent clientele.
- Strong commercial sensibility and target-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Language skills and formal retail qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion, menswear or high-value accessory sectors. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and servicing high-net-worth clients is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or luxury brand management are a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, Honduras.
