Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end logistics and distribution for the North American region, including inbound receipts, warehousing, outbound fulfilment and returns.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL), freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, order cycle times and logistics cost per unit; deliver continuous improvement initiatives to meet targets.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Retail, E‑commerce, Planning and Finance to align supply flows with sell-through, launches and promotional calendars.
- Oversee warehouse operations and fulfilment processes, including layout optimization, slotting, capacity planning and labour management.
- Lead projects to implement or optimise WMS/ERP integrations, process automation and reporting capabilities; own change management with internal stakeholders.
- Manage logistics budgeting, cost control and vendor performance reviews; negotiate rates and service-level agreements with carriers and 3PL partners.
- Ensure all import/export activity complies with customs regulations, documentation standards and company security protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing logistics, distribution centres or 3PL partnerships within luxury fashion, apparel or premium retail.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance and international freight operations.
- Demonstrable experience implementing WMS/ERP processes and performance dashboards.
- Analytical aptitude with experience using data to drive operational decisions and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across commercial and operational teams.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years in logistics or operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. Prior experience in luxury fashion, retail distribution or working with 3PLs and international freight is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline; advanced degree or professional supply‑chain certification is advantageous.
