Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, define and deliver a portfolio of high-impact strategic projects across retail, wholesale, product and digital channels, ensuring alignment with senior leadership objectives.
- Design and operate program governance: create roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and clear decision forums to drive timely execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including merchandising, marketing, retail operations, finance, IT and external partners to remove blockers and secure resources.
- Develop business cases, financial models and KPI frameworks to prioritise initiatives and measure value creation and ROI.
- Sponsor large-scale change initiatives such as retail footprint optimisation, omnichannel transformation, new market entry, and organisational redesign.
- Manage external vendors, consultants and internal project managers to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed implementation plans and ensure clear handover to BAU teams for sustainable adoption.
- Prepare concise senior-level reporting and presentations for executive committees and the board, highlighting progress, risks and escalation needs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic programmes in luxury retail, fashion or related premium consumer sectors.
- Demonstrable experience building business cases, financial models and delivering measurable ROI from strategic initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience influencing C-suite and operating committees.
- Excellent project governance and delivery experience, including risk management and benefits realisation.
- Advanced communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership; fluency in business English.
- Degree in business, strategy, engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Experience
Senior leader with 8+ years delivering strategic programmes or transformation projects, including hands-on delivery in luxury retail, fashion or premium consumer goods. Experience managing multi-million pound budgets and multi-country rollouts is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, management, strategy, engineering or related discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
