Alaïa seeks a Sustainability Assistant Intern in Paris to support CSR and ESG initiatives across the iconic fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational deployment and monitoring of the CSR action plan
- Contribute to design, planning, and implementation of strategic projects in circular economy, climate, and responsible sourcing
- Facilitate operational transformation across procurement, product development, and supply chain teams
- Collect, process, and analyze ESG data in alignment with Group directives
- Establish and digitalize processes for ESG data management, collection, and analysis including performance indicators and regulatory reporting
- Map and monitor ethical and environmental commitments of strategic partners
- Support regulatory monitoring and compliance with local and international obligations (AGEC law, PFAS regulations, chemical compliance)
- Coordinate internal communications and campaigns centered on CSR initiatives
- Organize and facilitate workshops and internal events related to sustainability topics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in business, political science, engineering, or dedicated university track in sustainability/CSR
- Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in CSR within fashion or luxury sectors preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with multiple teams
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal); Italian language skills a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI experience advantageous
- Knowledge of sectoral CSR certifications (GOTS, LWG, etc.) appreciated

Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or environmental initiatives within the fashion or luxury sector is appreciated but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school, institute of political science, engineering school, or equivalent university program with a focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
