Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain operations including order entry, order follow-up and status tracking across internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records; assist with stock monitoring, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
- Prepare and update operational reports and KPIs to inform replenishment and logistics planning.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics providers to ensure timely shipments and documentation compliance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects to optimise lead times and reduce stock friction.
- Assist with customs, shipping documentation and supplier communications as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or Business.
- Strong organisational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work to tight deadlines.
- Previous internship or coursework in logistics, inventory management or fashion operations is an advantage.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.

Experience
Internship-level role; no substantial professional experience required. Prior internships or project work in logistics, supply chain or fashion operations is a plus.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent).
