Alaïa is seeking a Strategic Planning Intern for a six-month internship starting in February 2027, working with the Strategic Planning Project Manager to support the CEO on strategic projects. The intern will contribute to strategic planning, project tracking, collection scheduling, reporting, market analysis and operational coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation of the three-year strategic plan, including sales and margin projections and strategic initiatives.
- Track the progress of cross-functional strategic projects.
- Organize and participate in steering committees and strategic meetings.
- Coordinate collection schedules.
- Process and analyze data.
- Create and update reports to facilitate data reporting between departments and to the Group.
- Prepare strategic presentations for the CEO for Alaïa partners, including landlords and fashion schools.
- Conduct benchmarks on the luxury and fashion sectors, monitor market trends and competitive performance.
- Contribute to drafting strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate the logistics of cross-functional projects.
- Handle occasional ad hoc assignments to support the CEO and the CEO’s team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a Grande École de Commerce.
- Strong interest in the luxury and fashion industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A first internship in the luxury or fashion industry, a strategy department or a consulting firm.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, attention to detail and discretion.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Fluent French and English are essential.
