Role & Responsibilities
- Support the strategic coordination office by preparing briefs, presentation decks and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Conduct market and competitive research, synthesise insights and translate findings into concise, actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across design, production, retail and marketing to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain project trackers, monitor KPIs and produce weekly status reports for internal stakeholders.
- Organise and follow up on meetings, manage agendas, distribute minutes and ensure timely implementation of action points.
- Liaise with external partners and internal teams to collect documentation, align timelines and prepare materials for launches or strategic reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in business, strategy, luxury management, fashion management or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving aptitude with the ability to synthesise complex information succinctly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional level French and English are typically required for effective collaboration in Paris.
- High degree of organisation, discretion and ability to handle confidential material.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury fashion and strategic business operations; prior internship experience in strategy, consulting or brand operations is advantageous.
