The Stockroom Associate represents Alaïa and supports boutique operations through merchandise receipt, stock organization, replenishment, inventory monitoring and preparation of stock movements and commercial activities. The role is allocated 90% to stockroom responsibilities and 10% to sales-floor and client support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Alaïa as an ambassador of the Maison, conveying its values, history and identity.
- Support boutique operations by ensuring products are received, organized and available.
- Work closely with the sales team to manage stockroom operations efficiently and provide sales-floor support when needed.
- Receive and inspect merchandise.
- Store and organize stock according to internal procedures.
- Handle daily transfers and replenishment between the stockroom and sales floor.
- Organize inventories and monitor stock discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with stockroom safety and cleanliness guidelines.
- Prepare transfers, returns and other stock movements.
- Support the team in preparing commercial activities, including sales, promotions and events.
- Collaborate with the sales-floor team to support client reception and service when needed, including welcoming clients, serving beverages, maintaining the boutique and back office, and providing sales support.
