Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily stock operations: receive, inspect and accurately process incoming deliveries and vendor returns.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations and preparation for full inventories.
- Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and showroom, handling tagging, steaming, packing and replenishment.
- Assist the retail team with sales service, client appointments and order preparation when required.
- Update and maintain inventory records and simple reporting (stock movements, discrepancies, low‑stock alerts).
- Coordinate closely with store managers and logistics to ensure product availability and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in an approved work‑study (alternance) programme — vocational diploma, BTS, bachelor or equivalent in fashion retail, merchandising, logistics or business.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail; strong numerical accuracy for inventory tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment and manage shifting priorities.
