Alaïa Paris seeks a Retail Merchandising Assistant intern for six months from November 2026. Support inventory optimization, buying sessions, and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail boutiques with daily product replenishment requests and inventory management
- Manage inter-boutique transfers to optimize sell-through and sales performance
- Coordinate product replenishment needs for wholesale and e-commerce channels
- Prepare buying sessions through collection presentations and working file updates
- Support showroom activities, including purchase order tracking and presentation material updates
- Manage photo and video asset distribution to internal teams
- Contribute to retail newsletters and monthly performance reviews
- Conduct competitive product and pricing monitoring
- Assist in building presentations for internal and retail teams
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree at Bac+4/5 level in business school, university, or equivalent
- Proactive, autonomous, well-organized, rigorous, and enthusiastic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable spelling and grammar
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury industry
