  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (merchandising, CRM, marketing, UX/UI, IT, external agencies) to deliver high‑quality digital experiences that preserve brand integrity.
  • Drive continuous optimisation of the online customer journey by overseeing A/B tests, personalization initiatives and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Monitor and report on e‑commerce KPIs (conversion, AOV, traffic quality, retention) and use analytics to recommend product and UX improvements.
  • Ensure quality through user acceptance testing, post‑release validation and bug prioritisation; manage third‑party integrations and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager on e‑commerce platforms; 3–5+ years’ experience preferred, ideally within luxury retail, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery; experience running sprints, backlog grooming and stakeholder ceremonies.
  • Demonstrable analytics literacy — ability to interpret data (GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar) and convert insight into prioritised product decisions.
  • Practical knowledge of e‑commerce technologies and integrations (platforms, payment providers, OMS, PIM) and experience working with external technology partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the capacity to translate complex technical issues for commercial teams.
  • Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English preferred.
