Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, overseeing documentation, carrier selection and delivery scheduling to ensure on-time, compliant movement of goods.
  • Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers; monitor service-level agreements and resolve operational exceptions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation between warehouse, ERP and retail systems; initiate corrective actions for discrepancies.
  • Prepare and validate shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists and customs declarations in accordance with Incoterms and international regulations.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs (lead times, OTIF, freight costs) and produce regular operational reports for supply-chain stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with production, merchandising and retail teams to prioritize shipments, expedite critical orders, and support seasonal peaks.
  • Coordinate returns, quality-related shipments and stock transfers; ensure traceability and appropriate disposition of goods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven operational experience in logistics or supply-chain coordination, ideally within fashion, luxury retail or apparel distribution.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent shipments under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with international shipping practices, Incoterms and customs formalities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/WMS platforms; analytical mindset for KPI monitoring and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination and external provider management.

Experience
