Alaïa Paris seeks Junior Retail Store Planning Specialist to support store design, layout optimization, and expansion logistics. Entry-level role reporting to Head of Store Design and Planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in updating and maintaining 2D/3D store layouts and micro-space allocations using AutoCAD and SketchUp under managerial guidance
- Prepare visual merchandising guidelines and execution packets for store teams to ensure alignment with approved store planning strategy
- Maintain organized inventory tracking of store fixtures, signage, and equipment across all retail locations
- Serve as primary point of contact for routine store inquiries regarding layout adjustments, missing assets, or fixture replacements
- Support the setup phase of new store openings, pop-ups, and renovations by coordinating fixture shipping schedules and tracking delivery timelines
- Compile and review photo audits from store teams to verify floor layouts match assigned construction drawings
- Update the transverse management database with precise store dimensions, square footage metrics, and category capacities
- Extract basic sales and space data to support the preparation of weekly or monthly space productivity reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel for tracking and data management
- Demonstrated attention to detail with high accuracy in measurements, data entry, and architectural drawing interpretation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French proficiency preferred
- Portfolio of completed projects (less than five months of work) to be submitted with CV

Entry-level retail operations and store planning experience preferred. Demonstrated familiarity with retail environments and an eagerness to learn operational logistics from the ground level.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
