Role & Responsibilities
- Support the press office in drafting and translating press releases, media alerts and press kit materials in French and English.
- Maintain and update media and influencer contact lists; handle routine press enquiries and sample requests.
- Monitor, collect and summarise press coverage and social mentions; prepare daily/weekly media clipping reports.
- Coordinate logistics for press events, showrooms, fittings and photo sessions, including invitations, guest lists and on-site assistance.
- Assist with influencer and celebrity relations, including briefing materials and product coordination.
- Contribute to the preparation of press materials and digital assets; liaise with internal teams (design, production, e‑commerce) to ensure alignment.
- Perform administrative tasks for the communications team such as expense tracking, calendar management and archiving press materials.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and spoken French; professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Professional discretion, strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to liaise effectively with press, stylists and internal stakeholders.
- Eligibility for French 'stage' or 'alternance' programmes (internship or work-study) as required by the contract.
