Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly monitoring of e‑commerce performance: sales, conversion, AOV, traffic and inventory KPIs.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and regular reports for commercial, marketing and merchandising stakeholders.
• Manage and update product catalogues, digital product content and online merchandising across the CMS and commerce platforms.
• Validate online assortments, pricing and promotional mechanics; run basic margin and markdown analyses.
• Assist with product feed management and troubleshooting for marketplaces and advertising channels.
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics and customer service to reconcile online stock, order flow and returns data.
• Contribute to A/B tests and campaign measurement; implement tracking tags and validate analytics inputs.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to optimise digital processes and improve site performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, E‑commerce, Data Analytics, Information Systems or similar (alternance/work‑study arrangement required).
• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and experience using web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce KPIs, product feeds and CMS workflows.
• Professional oral and written French; good command of English.
• Proactive team player who can manage priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Skills

Experience

Previous internship experience (0–12 months) in e‑commerce, digital analytics, retail merchandising or a related commercial function is advantageous but not mandatory for an alternance placement.

Education

Enrolled university-level programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, E‑commerce, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a closely related field; eligibility for French alternance/work‑study required.
