Role & Responsibilities
- Support the accessories team in the end-to-end development cycle: from initial concept and tech-pack preparation to sample follow-up and final approval.
- Track sample and prototype status, maintain up-to-date development calendars and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Liaise with design, production, sourcing and external workshops to coordinate requests, resolve issues and escalate quality or timing concerns.
- Prepare and update technical files, measurement charts and specification documents for each reference.
- Assist with quality control checks on incoming samples and production pre-ships; document defects and corrective actions.
- Manage administrative tasks: meeting coordination, purchase order follow-up, sample logistics and database (PLM/spreadsheet) maintenance.
- Organize fittings, studio preparations and supplier visits as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in fashion design, product development, merchandising, or a related discipline.
- Keen interest in accessories (bags, small leather goods, belts, jewelry) and product development processes.
- Impeccable attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Professional discretion and ability to work effectively within small, fast-paced teams.
- Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

Experience
Internship-level role; prior internship or practical coursework in accessories development, product development or sourcing is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrollment in a recognised tertiary programme in fashion, product development, merchandising or a related field (bachelor's or master's level).
