Alaïa Paris: After-Sales Service internship (alternance) in Paris 11ème, combining operational SAV management with process improvement over one year.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage after-sales service operations: examine and dispatch products for repair, track cases, and pursue follow-ups with customers and external repair centers
- Monitor and verify repair invoicing from external workshops and subcontractors
- Maintain effective partnerships with repair service providers and external suppliers to ensure performance standards
- Prepare monthly and quarterly SAV activity reports, including KPIs and relevant business metrics
- Participate in the continuous improvement of SAV tools and operational processes
- Supervise spare parts orders: process customer requests, manage supplier restocking, and organize inventory
- Communicate with the Production department regarding technical issues and repair outcomes
- Coordinate cross-departmental alerts and quality issues with Production, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to determine corrective actions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an International Business School, Supply Chain, or Production program (alternance)
- Knowledge of the fashion and leather goods sector, including product lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
- Fluent English (spoken, written, and read)
- Rigorous, organized, reliable, and analytical mindset

Customer-facing experience is a plus; practical knowledge of the fashion or leather goods industry is valued.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or Production.
