Aesop is seeking a Senior Creative Producer for its Global Creative Services team to oversee photo and video production from briefing through final delivery, managing budgets, timelines, partners and cross-functional coordination. This full-time fixed-term contract runs until 30 November 2027, with a January start required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead photo and video productions end to end, from initial briefing through post-production and final delivery.
- Develop, manage and track complex production budgets, timelines and resourcing plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Source, assess and manage external production partners, directors, photographers, stylists, crew and post-production houses.
- Negotiate contracts and usage rights in collaboration with the legal team.
- Coordinate communication between creative, marketing and post-production partners, aligning deliverables and expectations.
- Identify potential scheduling, budgetary, creative and technical roadblocks proactively, and provide practical, creative solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Film, Media Production, Communications or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality video content across a variety of platforms.
- Deep understanding of physical and virtual production environments, including set safety, lighting setups, camera formats and crew hierarchies.
- Knowledge of technical specifications for multi-channel distribution, including 4K/HDR video specifications, social-first vertical aspect ratios, digital display sizes and print specifications.
- Hands-on knowledge of post-production pipelines, including editing, offline/online workflows, VFX, CGI, colour grading and sound design.
- Detail-oriented, with an eye for technical glitches, typos and off-brand creative choices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge creative vision and technical execution while remaining calm under pressure.
