Aesop is seeking a Retail Design Intern for a six-month internship starting January 2027 in Paris. Reporting to the Head of Global Retail Design Innovation, the intern will support the Global Retail Design team’s production work and architectural and administrative tasks while developing an understanding of Aesop spaces; compensation is €1,700 per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the production of retail design work within the Global Retail Design team, reporting to the Head of Global Retail Design Innovation.
- Assist with architectural and administrative tasks.
- Build an understanding of the functional and aesthetic requirements for Aesop spaces.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme at an architecture or design school or university, seeking a gap-year or final-year internship.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong expertise in Rhino, V-Ray and AutoCAD.
- Autonomy, proactivity and creativity.
- Enthusiasm for learning and striving for the best.
