Aesop seeks Retail Consultants for its pop-up space at Erina Fair on the Central Coast, with fixed-term contracts running from October 2026 to February 2027 and potential to extend. The on-site, full-time roles are 38 hours per week, with two roster options, and focus on customer guidance, product demonstrations and inclusive service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the retail space and engage, listen and guide them towards relevant products.
- Use thoughtful interactions to deepen customers’ experience of Aesop products.
- Demonstrate products that address customer needs and deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience.
- Contribute to the overall commercial success of the business.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role or environment.
- Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
- A history of successfully participating in and contributing to a team.
- Demonstrated ability to use empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive, inclusive experience for all.
- An open mindset and deep curiosity, with the ability to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of skin care and the skin care industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories is advantageous.
- Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
