Aesop is seeking a qualified Facial Therapist for its South Yarra space in Melbourne, focusing on facial treatments alongside customer and shop-floor support. This permanent, part-time, on-site role is rostered for 33 hours per week: Wednesday 9:30 am–6:00 pm, Thursday and Friday 11:00 am–7:00 pm, and Saturday 9:30 am–6:00 pm.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Aesop facial treatments with meticulous attention to detail, impeccable technique and exquisite touch.
- Support customers and the team on the shop floor.
- Follow Aesop protocols to deliver a distinctive Aesop experience.
- Build and maintain guest relationships that encourage repeat visits and develop a returning guest base.
- Contribute to retail targets, KPI achievement and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Facial Therapist in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa.
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV; the qualification must be provided.
