Aesop seeks a Retail Consultant for a permanent, full-time, on-site role in Sydney, working 38 hours per week. The consultant welcomes and guides customers, demonstrates relevant products and contributes to commercial success; the roster runs Tuesday to Saturday.

- Welcome customers and engage, listen and guide them towards relevant products.
- Create intentional interactions that deepen customers’ experience of Aesop products.
- Demonstrate products that address customer needs and deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience.

Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role or environment.
- A track record of participating in and contributing to a team.
- Ability to use empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive, inclusive experience for all.
- An open mindset and deep curiosity, with the ability to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives.
- Working knowledge of skincare and the skincare industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories is advantageous.
