Visual Merchandising Intern at Acqua di Parma in Singapore – 6-month internship supporting APAC VM rollouts and brand consistency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of Visual Merchandising and POSM strategies across APAC markets with strong brand guideline alignment
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to adapt and implement VM plans consistently and with meticulous attention to detail
- Track and review in-store launch installations, consolidate feedback, and support follow-up actions to enhance execution quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and distributors to manage and optimize POSM allocation across multiple markets
- Provide design adaptation support to local markets, balancing brand consistency with regional requirements
- Gain comprehensive experience across the entire VM lifecycle, from planning and coordination through execution and post-launch analysis
Qualifications
- Ability to commit to a full-time 6-month internship from December 2026/January 2027 through June 2027
- Genuine passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and basic Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated problem-solving and project management capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work independently when required
- SketchUp proficiency preferred
- 3D design knowledge a plus

Beginner-level experience; no prior work experience strictly required, though foundational understanding of visual merchandising or design principles is beneficial.
