Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of visual merchandising (VM) and POSM strategies across APAC, ensuring faithful adherence to brand guidelines during product launches.
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to adapt and implement VM plans with consistent quality and attention to local market requirements.
  • Track, review and document in-store launch installations; consolidate field feedback and coordinate follow-up actions to raise execution standards.
  • Coordinate POSM allocation and logistics with cross-functional teams and distributors to optimise resource distribution across markets.
  • Provide practical design adaptation and technical support for local markets, balancing brand integrity with operational constraints.
  • Assist across the end-to-end VM process — planning, coordination, on-site execution support and post-launch review in a multi-market environment.

Qualifications

  • Available to commit to a 6-month full-time internship (Jun/Jul to Dec 2026).
  • Genuine interest in the beauty and luxury fragrance sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Demonstrable project management ability, strong accountability and capacity to work independently when required.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Experience

Entry-level / beginner. No extensive professional experience required; prior internships, academic projects or coursework in visual merchandising, retail design, fashion or related fields is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or diploma in visual merchandising, retail design, fashion, interior design, architecture or a related discipline.
