Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize boutique sales operations, fostering team collaboration to achieve store sales targets
  • Develop and execute monthly promotional activities and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor competitive activities and provide regular feedback to regional leadership
  • Deliver proactive and consultative customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism
