Acqua di Parma seeks a Sales & Marketing Intern in Brussels to support Benelux regional operations, combining sales representation, trade marketing, and PR coordination from January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Manager Benelux with daily operations and strategic initiatives
  • Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sell-in performance to ensure customers remain aligned with sales objectives
  • Monitor forecasts and quotas within the Benelux region, managing stock leftover analysis
  • Manage and oversee sales support tools including launch presentations and order forms
  • Provide customer support and maintain regular account follow-up to ensure satisfaction
  • Verify compliance with product assortments and visual merchandising standards across retail locations
  • Design and implement tailored trade marketing activations for both online and offline channels
  • Deliver ROI reporting on all trade marketing initiatives
  • Create launch presentations and educational materials for new products
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to inform sales strategy and drive revenue targets
  • Coordinate with PR agency on Benelux market activities including product seeding, press releases, and ad-hoc requests
  • Prepare and compile reporting to Global Headquarters showcasing local initiatives and performance outcomes
  • Create, track, and manage customer orders with meticulous attention to detail
  • Serve as primary contact for order inquiries, return requests, and invoicing questions

Qualifications

  • Genuine affinity for the luxury goods industry
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both French and English; proficiency in Dutch preferred
