Acqua Di Parma seeks Beauty Advisor for Shanghai retail boutique; drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service
- Actively achieve sales targets and demonstrate sales expertise to customers
- Leverage customer information and purchase history to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Execute assigned business and administrative duties, including handling customer complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock issues to store management to ensure adequate product availability
- Uphold company operational requirements and brand standards in all interactions
Qualifications
