Acqua di Parma – Retail & Training Manager in Düsseldorf. Drive luxury beauty retail strategy and lead training initiatives at LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national retail strategies focused on sales and profit optimization
- Monitor counter sales performance and profitability metrics continuously
- Lead strategic planning, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure consistent brand presence and quality control across all points of sale
- Recruit, develop, and provide tactical management oversight to counter staff
- Design, organize, and deliver comprehensive employee training programmes
- Conduct market surveillance and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Redefine local training strategies and structures to support Acqua di Parma sales initiatives
- Align training development and planning with marketing and sales strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional retail experience (counter or store management, or retail management roles)
- Proven experience in retail training, preferably in the luxury cosmetics sector
- Strong knowledge of the luxury beauty market
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent German and advanced English communication skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Analytical mindset and open, communicative personality
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional retail experience, including counter or store management, or filiale leadership with aspiration for expanded responsibility. Relevant exposure to retail training delivery is advantageous.
Education
